Who can see what's in Groups and Subgroups?

Members of a group or subgroup can see anything in the main group, and anything in subgroups in which they are members.

The only things someone outside the group or subgroup can see are:

• the (Sub)Group's profile information, which leaders can edit from the (Sub)Group Setting page.
• cross-group notes where other groups or subgroups are added to a conversation. Each recipient group and subgroup will be shown on the note, as are individual participants.
• any Notes where the author manually added an email (external) recipient.
