How do Member Permissions work?
Main group and subgroup Member Permissions are independent, allowing leaders to step back and get out of the bottleneck position, and active members to step into meaningful leadership. This supports self-organization.
Three permissions levels are available for people in each group or subgroup: lead, participant, and supporter.
- Leaders can do anything.
- Participants can start subgroups and author notes in subgroups.
- Supporters can reply to notes and join some subgroups.
